I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2008. I have studied various types of massage and bodywork but found my calling with shiatsu. The theory behind it, the movement behind it, the results it yields and the way it makes me feel to perform all stuck with me. I feel that to give as well as to receive shiatsu creates supreme relaxation, and I hope to share this experience with as many people as I can.
Shiatsu is a very old and thorough form of body work based on the chinese system of meridians throughout the body. A practitioner of shiatsu follows a predetermined sequence of rocking, pressure points, stretches and breathing with the intention of returning their client to a more balanced and harmonious state. This is performed without the use of oils or lotions and is done over the reciever's clothes, so loose comfortable clothing is ideal. In this modern culture of stress and convenience, we all owe it to ourselves to take some time for relaxation, harmony and health.

Kami Manselle is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Oregon and a 2007 graduate of Ashmead School of Massage. Kami specializes in deep tissue, sport/injury and Swedish massage and has also studied spa and aromatherapy in order to provide her clients with a diverse array of techniques for the most effective treatment. Kami continues to expand her knowledge, skills and expertise in bodywork by attending workshops and classes as often as possible.
